HEAVY-DUTY ALL-TUBE STEEL FRAME. Unlike the competition, we do not rely on the plywood wall and floor to square up our frames. The Cargo Express and Shadowmaster frame and cage gets all the strength it needs right out of the frame shop.
20-YEAR ADVANTECH FLOORING is the strongest, longest lasting wood flooring you can buy. Three-quarters of an inch thick and sealed before installation, Advantech flooring is a class above plywood flooring. Despite what our competitors may say, Advantech flooring is not OSB and is offered as an upgrade to plywood in today's housing market.
SUPERIOR ALUMINUM SKIN APPLICATION. Standard .03' thick aluminum exterior is bonded to the steel frame with an adhesive, adding strength to the frame and creating a corrosion barrier. In addition, a foam tape barrier is installed around the bottom of all trailers providing additional corrosion protection where it is needed most. Most of our competition installs the aluminum skin directly over the steel frame with no corrosion barrier. All metal seams are also sealed to prevent leaks.
MORE CUBIC FEET OF CARGO CAPACITY. Every Cargo Express and Shadowmaster trailer has a zero point that begins at the first cross-member in the floor – most of our competitors' trailers' zero points begin at the front wall. When it's all said and done, Cargo Express and Shadowmaster trailers are actually 8-12 inches longer than the competitions' trailers of the same size. For example, our 8'X24" round front trailer is actually 25 feet long.

SEAMLESS ALUMINUM ROOF. NO LEAKS. GUARANTEED. At Cargo Express and Shadowmaster, we install a seamless aluminum roof to ensure that your cargo is protected. Many of our competitors refuse to guarantee against roof leaks, relying on galvanized steel to hold up against rust. Trust Cargo Express and Shadowmaster's expertise: galvanized steel does rust through.

One of the most outstanding qualities is the frame and cross-member design and structure. The advantage of using channel and/or I-Beam is that they have a high ability to flex. Tubing frames are rigid and more likely to break or crack under stress. Our enclosed/sealed wiring and the fact that all trailers are sandblasted before painting further demonstrate the quality design of a Rainbow Trailer.

Unlike many trailer manufacturers, which build their trailers on the floor, Rainbow trailers are manufactured in precision jigs. The jigs ensure that every Rainbow is square and true and ensures precise axle alignment. That’s why Rainbow trailers consistently tow better.

Tilting Car & Equipment / Heavy Duty

Similar to the Car & Equipment but equipped with a tilting deck allowing for the loading/unloading of cargo without the necessity of ramps.

The Tilting C&E trailer also comes in a Heavy Duty (HD) version. This HD Tilting C&E is built to accommodate light construction equipment including items such as skidsteers and Minnie excavators. The HD trailer comes with heavier axles, an upgraded payload capacity and upgraded Gross Vehicle Weight… it’s built tough!

Partial Tilt

A tilting trailer capable of heavier applications then a regular tilt deck. The Partial Tilt trailer operates with a hydraulic pump so you simply drive on and off the trailer…no hand jack required.

2 & 4 Place

The Rainbow "2 & 4 Place" trailers are perfect for smaller vehicles such as ATVs and snowmobiles. These trailers will comfortably accommodate anything from 2 to 4 smaller vehicles. The practical design of these trailers allow you to easily load/unload your cargo at the front of the trailer while still hitched onto the tow vehicle. The "2 & 4 Place" trailers also come equipped with a rear slide in ramps.

The Rainbow "5’ & 6’ Wide" trailers are perfect for vehicles such as a riding lawn mower and golf cart. The trailers have a 5- or 6-foot wide deck surface with a rearward ramp.
